Here's what's wild: enterprises spend millions negotiating contracts, then file them in a drawer. Nobody reads them. Nobody tracks the obligations. Nobody claims the service credits they're owed. And when something goes wrong, everyone scrambles to find the document.
We think that's insane. So we built an AI that reads every contract, extracts every obligation, tracks every deadline, and monitors every vendor relationship. Not as a feature bolted onto a document repository — as the core of the product.
Why
Born from frustration
Years of experience in vendor governance and relationship management revealed a painful truth: enterprises lose millions to contracts they can't track. Legal teams drowning in manual review. Procurement missing SLA breaches. Finance discovering auto-renewals after they've triggered.
Evaluetor was started in Rotterdam with a simple thesis: if AI can read and understand contracts better than any individual person, why are we still doing it manually? So we built a platform that doesn't just store contracts — it understands them.
